Our room hire charge is £30 for members, £50 for non-members or £15 per hour. We will also require a deposit of £100, this is
refundable if the Dunford room is left clean and tidy and no damage has occurred. If we must clean the Dunford room after your
event, there will be a charge of £30 and this will be deducted from your deposit.
We do not allow 18th or 21st Birthday parties in the club. Please note you are hiring the Dunford room, this is designated for a private event and is solely for your use.
if you hire the main room for your event, the dance hall and bar area is always open to the club members and guests.
We will require names and addresses of all non-members attending your event at least 2 weeks before the event. This form must be submitted along with monies at your earliest convenience to the club. We will pencil your event in and get back to you to confirm your reservation. If we have not received your form at least 2 weeks before the event date, we will assume you are not holding your event with us, and we will re-hire the room accordingly.
As the event organiser, you will be held responsible for your guests conduct whilst on the club premises.

On Saturday’s nights the club has pre-booked music or entertainment. If you would like to have alternative music or entertainment, then you will be asked to pay any cancelation fees that may be incurred from the entertainment that we have pre booked.
Any banners or balloons must be secured by the way of drawing pins, party bombs/cannons or anything causing the distribution of confetti or similar material are not allowed in the club.
On Saturday nights when we have live entertainment on, non-members are asked for a donation on the door.
For health and safety reasons a list of any non-members attending a function must be given to the steward or secretary 2 weeks prior to the function and for any guests under the age of 18 we also require their date of births by law.
No alcohol or other drink can be bought into the club by members, or their guests and no alcohol is permitted to be consumed by guests under the age of 18.
Smoking is only permitted outside in the garden area.
Anyone caught using drugs other than prescription drugs on the club premises will be barred for life and the police will be informed.
Children under the age of 14 will not be served soft drinks at the bar after 9 p.m.
