The agenda will include presentation of the club accounts for the financial year 2024 - 2025., a copy of which can be found on the noticeboard in the sports bar.... ....... Written questions to the club committee are welcome and can be submitted, either in person, or via email to admin@royalbritishlegionlymington.co.uk at least 7 days prior to the meeting....
Adoption of the updated RBL club rules, a copy of which can also be found on the noticeboard in the sports bar.
Adoption of the revised club bye laws, copies of which will be available on the night.
Appointment of club auditors
Election of Officers and Members to the club committee.
Nominees for Office, President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary are required to have completed 2 years committee service to be eligible for nomination.
Nominees for committee are required to have been club members for a period of 6 months to be eligible for nomination.
Nomination sheets are on the noticeboard in the sports bar. Each nominee shall have a proposer and seconder, both of whom must be club members...... .............. nominations must be completed 24 hours prior to the AGM, at which time the sheets shall be removed.
BE ADVISED, MEMBERSHIP CHECKS MAY BE CARRIED OUT ON THE NIGHT.... THOSE ATTENDING ARE ASKED TO BE IN PLACE BY 7.45PM AT WHICH TIME THE DOORS WILL BE CLOSED. . ...
